We, KEL is a Swedish performance company known for ourcharming and poetical artistic language. KEL makes theatrical and musical performances using a unique artistic language derived from the broad artistic experience of the members.
KEL has made both scenical and audience interactive performances treating subjects such as gymnastic, knitting, house keeping, cleaning, water ballet, doctor-patien relationsships, global warming, etcetera. KEL is always working with their own material and concepts and creates text, music, etc by their own. We have been collaborating with artists and companies like for example Olle Sarri, Josefin Hinders, Sandra Medina and Strange Kinoko (JP). A themen troughout their work has been the woman role i the twentieth century and how it has formed and influenced the woman of today.
KEL har performed at Galapagos Art Space in New York, House of Sweden in Washington, Stockholm Culture House, Harajuku Museum in Laforet Tokyo, Tokyo Style in Stockholm, The Gothenburg City Theatre, Stockholm Art Fair, Swedish Television, Riksteatern JAM, peoples homes, museums, several festivals, etc etc.
